extra steps and more complex recovery techniques are used when e-discovery services are necessary. using forensic data recovery techniques, brian can create md5 hash calculated images of hard drives (along with detailed reports) which can then be used as court evidence.

this process includes imaging the suspect hard drive (including dying hard drives), recovering hidden/deleted/password protected files, analyzing found data including user activities (such as internet websites, e-mail messages, instant messenger and ichat transcripts, photos and videos, documents, etc), and reporting on found data and activities.

also, in order to get back your recovered data, you must either supply brian with an external hard drive, or buy one from him.

fast turnaround: 90% of data recovery jobs take less than 3 days

brian will let you know if he'll be able to recover your data the same day your drive is dropped off. some hard drives can be completely recovered the same-day they are received; depending on the problem with your hard drive, it may take 3 days or even up to a week.

your data is safe: brian uses only non-invasive techniques

brian uses professional data recovery hardware and software tools, along with time-tested recovery techniques, to recover your data safely. having successfully recovered hundreds of damaged hard drives, brian understands what to do - and more importantly - what not to do, in order to keep your data safe.
